President, Jose Ortiz founded Allstate Floors & Construction,
Inc. in 1990. In the early stages of its development it
operated as a sole proprietorship, focusing its attention
on the sales and installation of residential flooring.
In 1996, the company was incorporated and it's direction
changed to focus on commercial flooring. Since then the
companys' revenues have tripled and Allstate has gained
a reputation for craftsmanship in the competitive pricing
installation of commercial flooring. Currently the company
continues to grow and has expanded its focus to encompass
all aspects of the commercial flooring industry.

and Installation Company we pride ourselves
