Point Street Apartments, also referred to as 1405 Point, is a 17-story property featuring 289 residential units and 18,000 square feet of street-level retail and amenity space. Located within the dynamic Harbor East neighborhood on Baltimore’s waterfront, Point Street Apartments will offer spectacular views of the harbor to its residents as well as a variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance of their front door. Allstate Floors installed carpet, wood, tile, VCT, vinyl plank, and rubber flooring, as well and wall tile in the building.
